First: Required Stamps Before Translation and Attestation

1- Birth Certificate

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) stamp

2- Tawjihi Transcript

(For Visa Only) - Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) stamp

3, 4, 5- University Graduation Certificate, Certified Copy, and Transcript

Admissions and Registration Department stamp
Ministry of Higher Education stamp (Cultural Counselor)
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) stamp

Curriculum & Syllabus:

Requires stamps from: (Faculty of Medicine + Admissions & Registration + Higher Education + MOFA).

Internship Completion Certificate:

Ministry of Health: Ministry Stamps + MOFA.

Royal Medical Services: Directorate of Training Stamp + Ministry of Defense + MOFA.

Second: VFS Appointments and Costs

Total Amount:		786.5 JOD

Important Notes:

Two appointments can be booked using two different accounts (one with the passport and the second with the National ID).
You cannot make a "Certified True Copy" unless the document has already been attested by the Embassy.
Documents with short validity periods (such as the Criminal Record Clearance - 3 months) should ideally be postponed to the second appointment.
